We first encountered the infamous letting agency mentality four years ago when we purchased our first cottage. After only three months we couldn't see any justification for losing 25% of our income to a company who didn't fully understand the area and were not providing anything more than we could do ourselves. Fortunately we were not alone and three years on we are thrilled to have expanded our portfolio to a total of 17 beautiful cottages.
By offering a personal service to both our customers and cottage owners alike we feel the growth of the company has endorsed our initial ambitions. In essence we feel we offer the best value in the market as we provide a full service for only 12.5% commission with no VAT! This equates to a 50% saving in comparison to some of the biggest names in the industry.
So successful has our marketing been for the last two years that we are now inundated with enquiries for the peak weeks. We have therefore launched a new service specifically for those owners wanting to vacate and rent their property just for the summer holidays. Our commission rate for this more concentrated period of time is 15%, again with no VAT.

Manage transferral of funds to you

Regular booking updates
If appropriate we can manage all the weekly changeovers and laundry on your behalf, this would consist of -
Full and thorough clean of your entire property
Strip and remake the beds
Management of all used laundry and storage of a spare set of laundry
Provide personalised welcome notes
Provision of welcome basket and sundries including loo rolls, tea, coffee, logs etc
Be available should guests have any problems or queries during their holiday
