Traditional holiday cottage situated less than 10 minutes walk from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the West of Cornwall, Praa Sands. The cottage is a comfortable and tastefully furnished property with a private garden and a terraced patio to the side which benefits from sunshine all day. Iconic St Ives is just over 10 miles away and the county capital of Truro only 15 miles away, making The Flower House an ideal base for touring the whole of West Cornwall.
Accommodation
Entrance door into the heart of the house, an open plan kitchen/diner and sitting room. The kitchen is full of high spec appliances. There is a dining table which seats 4 people and a 19" digital flat screen, making this the perfect room for all the family!
There are 2 bedrooms, one double and the other a bunk room which can sleep both adults and children. A beautiful family bathroom with sink, WC and large power shower.
Facilities and services
Inclusive electricity. Central heating. The cottage is fully cleaned before your arrival and all bed linen, towels (including beach towels) and the final laundry are included in the price.

You enter the property which brings you in to a safe and secure yard area (ideal for children to play) with room for at least 3 cars to park. There is a terraced area with BBQ and at the front of the house a private garden. The Flower House is set within a courtyard setting next tp the owners property; but the property is very private and would make the ideal base for both families and couples alike. Shop 0.5m. Pub 1m. Beach 0.5m. Arrival/Departure: Saturday.
